Collin St. Johns has been a licensed, full-time real estate agent/broker since 1998.
His passion for real estate started in the early 1990s while he was a construction & plumbing foreman for a Los Angeles based custom home builder. During that time, Collin was always fascinated by the projects that he oversaw for Hollywood A-List producers and celebrities such as Barry Levinson, Steven Spielberg, Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, and Meryl Streep.
In 1998 he decided to put that knowledge to work for his clients in the real estate world and hasn’t looked back.
After over 900+ sales transactions within his network in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties, Collin still approaches each and every clients’ needs with the same care and enthusiasm that he did 23+ years ago when he began his career.
