I was selling in LA area, but I live in Maine. Collin handled everything, from rehab of unit, to closing. After signing contract, he had it ready to show in 8 days and had 16 showings scheduled in the first 2 days of the listing. The unit needed a lot of work but I never had to go to CA, thankfully as this year has not been good for traveling. One month later we closed. He had received 8 good offers.
